1. Take out a new AMP Level Life Cover policy or Life Cover with a level 10-year premium or convert your existing AMP Life Cover to either of these level premium options between 8am on Tuesday 2 February 2010 and 5pm on Monday 31 May 2010 (“Promotion Period”) and go into the draw to win a Samsung LED 55 inch HD flat screen TV and your costs covered for a MY SKY package* including an Hdi Decoder and 12 month MY SKY subscription. 

2. Conversions must be for existing Lifetrack Life Cover and result in an increase in the annual premium.

3. Applications must be lodged with your Adviser and received by AMP by 5pm on 31 May 2010 and completed by 5pm on Wednesday 30 June 2010 (including any medical requirements).  The application must also be accepted by AMP. 

4. The winner will be notified by 31 July 2010.

6. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. AMP employees, AMP Advisers, AMP aligned brokers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
